      I love this dental floss for its quality and comfort. Its easy to use on the go and a great natural option, with no unnecessary additives.       I cant do a lot of things because of depression. I certainly can almost NEVER commit to brushing my teeth.Even if I dont brush my teeth that day, I can just put one of these in my mouth and know that I literally flossed.Its hands-free. I dont need to think about it much for it to work and its a fidget for my mouth - I have strong urges to chew and this is a bit of a substitute.Good god. With any kind of mental issue, hygiene can take a backseat, and this is one of the things Ive found that really ACTUALLY helps.

      I highly recommend these. The one concern I have is swallowing them. I keep them in my car and use them all the time. Be very careful while using them.

      I feel this is something of a novelty product.I was able to manipulate it through my mouth, even with my tightly spaced teeth. Doesnt take the place of flossing for sure.A floss stick for convenience works better.If you have any kind of gag reflex, its definitely not something you can be discreet with in public.

      These are so incredibly satisfying to use. I'm AuDHD and have always struggled with oral hygiene.
