Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to any purchase options offered by Gfloss, operated by Smyllers LLC, including subscriptions, pre-orders, try-before-you-buy offers, or other recurring or delayed purchase options, if available.

At this time, standard one-time purchases are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Subscriptions

If we offer subscription products, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing date.

Cancellation will stop future charges and future subscription shipments. It does not automatically cancel, refund, or stop an order that has already been processed, charged, fulfilled, or shipped.

If a subscription order has already been processed or shipped, it will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Pre-Orders

If we offer pre-order products, you may request to cancel your pre-order before it has been processed or shipped.

If we offer a try-before-you-buy option, the specific trial period, billing date, return requirements, and cancellation terms will be shown at checkout or in the offer details.

If the product is not returned according to the stated terms, you may be charged for the product.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise stated.
