Traditional Floss vs. Gfloss
Traditional Floss
❌ Gets your fingers messy and sore
❌ Hurts your gums if you rush it
❌ Hard to use / impossible with limited mobility
❌ Always need both hands and a mirror
❌ Takes time and patience you don’t have
❌ Feels like a chore, so you just skip it
💭 That’s why most people don’t floss every day.
FAQ
1. Is Gfloss safe?
Safety was top of mind when we designed it. It’s dentist-approved, PFAS-free, and made with airflow holes plus made with radiopaque material (visible on X-rays for added safety). You could even say it’s safer than eating popcorn 🍿 or hot dogs 🌭
2. How do I use Gfloss on front vs. back teeth?
- Front teeth: to insert, bite or gently press with your lips or teeth. To remove, push the little horn tip with your lip.
- Back teeth: to insert, gently press with your teeth. To remove, push the horn tip with your tongue.
💡 Extra tip: When moving to the next tooth, keep gentle, steady pressure on the horn tip so the floss slides out smoothly.
3. Can I floss molars with Gfloss?
Absolutely, it’s surprisingly easy! The best way to see it is to try it yourself 😉
4. Can I reuse Gfloss?
Gfloss is made with such high quality that it often looks almost new after use. If you’d like to reuse it, we recommend cleaning it and storing it in your Travel Case, that way, it’s always ready when you are.
5. Is there a learning curve?
Like anything new, it can feel different at first. But don’t worry, with just a few minutes of practice you’ll be a pro. Most people get comfortable after their very first try.
6. Can I do the C-shape technique with Gfloss?
Yes! With just a little practice, you’ll get the hang of it, and it feels natural quickly. Simply guide the floss gently around each tooth, and the design makes it easier every time you try.
7. Who is Gfloss for?
Busy people, multitaskers, travelers, flossing haters, and anyone who wants flossing to be effortless.
6. Why choose Gfloss?
Because food trapped between teeth starts to rot in less than two hours. That’s the perfect meal for harmful bacteria, leading to plaque, cavities, bad breath, and gum disease. That’s why it’s essential to floss after every meal and Gfloss makes it so easy, you’ll actually do it.
