We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Easy Returns & Trial Guarantee
We want returns to be simple and fair.
Our trial guarantee allows one opened bag per order to be eligible for a refund. This gives you the chance to try Gfloss with confidence.
To be eligible for a refund:

One opened bag per order may be refunded under our trial guarantee.

Any additional bags must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Opened additional bags are not eligible for refund.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Approved returns must be shipped back securely and include a valid tracking number.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after the returned items are received and inspected.
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Only the product price will be refunded.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@gfloss.com.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@gfloss.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and make it right.
Exchanges and Replacements
For hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges for opened products.
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement after reviewing your case.
Gift With Purchase Returns
If your order included a free gift with purchase, the gift must also be returned in its original, unused condition.
If the gift is not returned, the value of the gift may be deducted from your refund.
